Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
During busy periods, launches or promotional events, processing may occasionally take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, courier service and delivery location.
For our current products, estimated delivery is usually:
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days once dispatched
International orders: 12-25 business days once dispatched
Some future products may have different delivery estimates. Where this applies, the delivery estimate will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking Information

Shipping Delays
