Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfilment location.
Where do you ship from?

Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition where possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- your order number
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
- a description of the issue

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has entered fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Do you restock sold out products?
