Refund & Returns Policy

At Desk Aura, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll always do our best to help.

Please read the information below regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged items.


Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • items must be unused and in original condition
  • products should be returned in original packaging where possible
  • proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • used products
  • damaged items caused by misuse
  • customised or personalised items
  • hygiene-sensitive products where applicable

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photographs of the product and packaging

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • a partial refund
  • a full refund

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or dispatch begins.

Once an order has entered fulfilment, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item is faulty
  • the wrong item was received

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after several business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank
  3. Contact us if the issue continues
